Hi, I have Version 1.4.2 of GDM and am getting an extra
input field in a random area. I am running windows 7 64bit
display is 21" widescreen monitor.
same occurrence whether the program is in its initial open
size or full screen size.

Not sure why this happened - I tested GDM in Win7 64-bit and I don't see this. I'll try to replicate the problem. |

I was wondering if it had anything to do with 'Comments' being enabled?... Are those displayed in the GDM at all? _________________ Mark |

Yes, if they are enabled on the Web UI settings page, they are displayed in GDM. But that comment input field should not overlap with the rest of the GDM interface. |

Yes, Comments were enabled.
I have a "comments" column showing in GDM and it does populate it with whatever is written in the online interface and you still get the obscure input field.
Editing and removing a comment from within GDM does not remove the obscure input field.
Disabling comments, removes the comment column from GDM and also removes the comments field from within the edit box on GDM, so all seems to work ok....and also seems to remove the obscure input field
So...comments is the problem |

Well done, finding that... I had completely forgotten about it... well, perhaps not completely, maybe something at the back of my mind sparked me to think it might be related to 'Comments'. _________________ Mark |
