Cannot see the instructions to setup proxy again

I got the "Cannot bid without verification" and clicked on the "why did this snipe fail" area - all good, got the description of what to do. BUT then i looked at the forum on this issue (which logs me out i think and the information page disappeared /overwritten) and now despite logging back in, when i press "why did this snipe fail" NOthing happens - so i cant fix the issue.

Unfortunately due to the current nature of the problem that Ebay are causing I think it is unlikely that setting up the Gixen proxy is going to help you sort out the issue with snipes failing... it might allow you to see what sort of issues Mario is grappling with, but probably not much more.
