Mirror Service - Paid For But Not Working

Hello, I have only recently joined Gixen, when I did I paid for the mirror service for one year. Initially this did work but I've noticed today when I login it says I'm not a subscriber. Can anyone help or advise on how to regain access... Many thanks.

It could be a couple of things... have you changed your Ebay id since you paid?... If so you would need to transfer your subscription using the form that can be accessed from the 'Settings' page that comes up when you push the button with that name after you have logged on.

An alternative is that you are using different credentials when logging in.. Ebay allows you to use either your email address or your Ebay id... Gixen treats those as two separate accounts so if you log in with the one that is not registered Gixen will not recognise that you have a Mirror subscription.

If neither of those address your issue, is wsteele your Ebay id?... Mario will need to look into it from behind the scenes.

Hello, my eBay password & ID (wmsteele, sorry got it wrong on first post) has not change or my password.

Not sure whats wrong, two new snips are now listed as "CANCELED - PASSWORD CHANGE REQUIRED BY EBAY"

No idea whats wrong.

Have cancelled both snips with errors and added one back in. Mirror service is still not working. Help!

I assume you did change your password a few months back when Ebay demanded that you do so due to their own security issues?

It may be related to Ebay currently appearing to intermittently target the Main Gixen servers with captcha screens in the bidding process... but others have not reported any Password change requests, just problems logging in, so I suspect your issue may be different, especially as you appear to have also lost the link between your account and a current Mirror option.

My suggestion for further investigation by yourself would be to log in to Ebay direct and place a test bid... and report back if there is anything you find unusual in that process, from your own computer.

Also when you log into Gixen type the whole of your credentials from scratch, do not accept or use any saved login details from your browser.

Looks to be sorted, can now see my subscription is good till 15th Aug 2015.

Not sure about the eBay error, this has also dissapeared, two snips added without any issue.
