I have a paid Gixen account and always log in just fine. Today it says my password is no good. I changed it on eBay (didn’t want to) and still no luck logging on to Gixen. Logged off, shut down, restarted etc. No luck.
What to do? |

I've all of the sudden run into a road block related to password. Everything has been running awsomly until this morning when I noticed this Gixen error message,

When I click on the "Why did this snipe fail" in Firefox nothing happens. I do have Gixen in my Firefox Pop-ups exception list, so I'm not sure why that fails. I will try some things to clear that up, I suspect that is my system specific. The blue text above is NOT a link, just simulating the link that points to | Code: | | "javascript:void(0)" |
So, I changed browsers and found that there is a way to set up a Gixwn Proxy in Internet Explorer. It's too late for me to troubleshoot that now since my eyes are barely open to write this message!
In any event, I will be back in the morning. I thought that I would chime in just in case there are others experiencing similar issues? |

I wish that I could delete the above post I made!
I followed the excellent directions that Gixen provided and it solved my issue on the first try.
All is fine now! Maybe I sniped an auction the CEO over at eBay wanted and it angered them so they made me go through the verification process! I've never seen that before and my eBay ID is 15 years old!
