Hello,
I put in a bid for this item 161342768800 for $66.69. The error said "EBAY ERROR: SELLER NOT ACCEPTING BID" I saw that message before but I did not have enough information to give you. So now here it is.

All that is returned back by ebay is a page with the following text (see below). The exact reason is not stated.

The seller has set conditions on their auctions that prevent you from bidding on them, if you want the block removed you will need to contact the seller.
Things like unpaid items or low feedback can allow sellers to block you.
