Login using gixen.com/de impossible

I used for login the german version of gixen.

After changing my eBay password, a few days ago, it isn't possible to login. The message is: Password trifft nicht zu. Konnten Sie nicht einloggen (invalid password. Not possible to login you).

If I use the english login it works. Why, what's the difference?

Do you have any special characters in your new password, sometimes they can cause problems?

For password issues it is often best to use email since you cannot provide specifics on an open forum.

You can contact Mario on the support email address given on the 'Contact' tab above... in your email please include your Ebay id, but not your password as email is not secure enough either.

Volker, can you please try www.gixen.com/de-new and let me know if you can login? It's a newer version of German site with better encoding handling.

Thank you, Mario. Using the the de-new Page the login is possible, but with the old version it doesn't work furthermore, I tried again.

The main difference between my new and old ebay-password is, it includes the character "&". May be it is the reason?

But I'm happy and use the de-new-Link.
