errors: losing all listings; group bids cancelled, not won

I am using firefox in linux.
I often have to log in even though I did not log in and onceI lost everything I entered.

Today. I had "unknown error 3" where my bid was too low and not won but all other bids in that group were cancelled. When I clicked on "view error" it seemed like a new login took place; after a few times of clicking on view error, the button disappeared
and the item too so I can't see the id number.

If I click on "contact" on the web site, again it seems like I am logging in again.

Is there a way to export the items entered.

Are some browsers more compatible

zebay, have you changed your ebay password since May 21st? If not, please change it, ebay asks all users to do that (see http://www.ebay.com/reset). After that log in to Gixen with the new password and re-schedule your snipes.
