Will it work with listings without shipping rate?

I was wondering if Gixen will work with listing that has shipping labeled as:

"Will ship to United States. Read item description or contact seller for shipping options."

I already contact the seller, they said that ebay won't let them put a shipping rate for the US (but they will ship to the US and they already gave me the price).... but I'm afraid that Gixen won't work because shipping hasn't been set.

If you can bid manually, Gixen can bid too. There is no difference between what you can do and what Gixen will do.
