Do you have 'odd' charcaters in your username and/or password?
If so you need to help Mario to help you by letting him know what those charcaters are so that he can update gixen to escape those characters.
You can email Mario at support@gixen.com... you do not need to (and should not) send your credentials via email, you just need a list of the charcters that you use.
