I can not log in. I am getting the error message: Wrong password, or your password may not be strong enough, resulting in eBay requesting captcha verification code. Please change your password at eBay first if this is the case.
I have changed my password several times and have followed the rules
Upper case, lower case, numbers and special character
for instance: Dove901$ does not work.
It used to work fine and it works in Ebay just fine too.
this item number is bogus: 261323079643 I can't submit this without one
I am having problems loggin in |

When ebay starts putting captchas up on your account I believe they tend to do so for a day or so.
So it is probably best to stop trying to log into Gixen for at least a day, don't change your ebay password in that time and you should then be OK.
It is often the changing of the password that starts the captchas happening, so repeatedly changing password can just make things worse for a while, _________________ Mark |

If I changed my ebay password, where do I change it in Gixen?
Also re the forum; is there somewhere to register and login to post?
Thanks. |

You do not change it in Gixen - just log in with the new credentials. If you had active snipes you will have to re-enter them. |

This is an open forum and there is no need to register to post here.
A few of us have accounts that Mario has set up for us but unless you intend to use this communications area a lot those really are not necessary. _________________ Mark |
