Can't login and getting these errors (plus others):
Warning: pg_connect() [function.pg-connect]: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: FATAL: too many connections for role "web" in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/database.php on line 17
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/database.php:17) in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/home_main_1.php on line 513

Neither can I. It went away straight after I reported it. It might be a cookie problem, if so you won't be able to replicate it. It's happened before, if it happens again I'll try to be quicker.
