| I have been having problems signing in from 11/21 to 11/22. Sign in will not accept my password. I changed my password with ebay. Still can notg sign in |

| I have Gixen Mirror and have been very happy with it. Unfortunately as I stated in my last post Gixen will not accept my password. I just tried it with ebay and it worked fine. I just tried it with Gixen and it failed because of password! Getting very frustrated! |

Because it may be necessary to specifically investigate your login with your credentials, and because, for security reasons, your credentials can not be made public it is best if you use the Support email address on the Contact tab above to discuss log in issues with Mario.
It is reasonably common for issues to arise with Ebay just after you have changed your password, Ebay sometimes put Captcha images in the way which prevent automated logins, then Gixen can not verify your credentials. Ebay take precautions in these circumstances because changing passwords is one of the things that hijackers of Ebay accounts tend to do.
When Captcha images are in operation it is usually just for a day or so, so it is best to stop trying to log into to Gixen for over 24 hours and then see if the issue has cleared.

I am sorry to report that your site is still not accepting my password. I have had great success using your site and would like to continue. If I change my ID and Password with eBay again, do you think that could resolve this issue?

| I downloaded the Fixing ATRIX app but it tells me my username &/or password are not valid. So I cannot log on. I have been on Gixen many times on my computer, but the phone is a no go. |
