Unable to transfer Gixen Mirror Subscription

Hello Mario & everyone.

I have been trying to transfer my Gixen Mirror subscription to another of my ebay I.D.s.

For some reason I am not receiving the Gixen email that has the confirmation link at the relevant email address, that I need to click on, to finalize the transfer.

Is there some technical problem here ?

I have Hotmail email accounts, but the Gixen emails are definitely not getting diverted to Junk or Spam folders. I have checked.

The Gixen transfer emails just don't seem to be getting received at all.

I have transferred my Gixen Mirror subscription between my different ebay accounts before, & have never had any problems.

My Gixen Mirror subscription is good until Feb 2014.

Some help in sorting this out would be greatly appreciated by me.
