eBay error: item removed

Item number 281095376148 returned eBay error: item removed message. When checking the listing in eBay it shows that the auction was completed as normal. What happened?

Gene, below is the ebay page Gixen received and logged (email me for original logged page in html if needed). My only guess is that ebay had some sort of an issue at that moment.
