Why the system didn't bid on the item 190142692990 I scheduled for 10 dolars more than it was won?
Is there a system to avoid these issues? |

Just a thought... it's a Paypal only auction.. I think eBay may reject bids if you don't have a Paypal account associated with your eBay account.
Do you have a Paypal account and is it registered with your eBay account on eBay?

Cupid is correct: the seller can set their preferences to block bidders without a PayPal account, as well as other reasons.
Did Gixen give a reason for the bid not going through?

It was won for 19.99, and your bid was 19.99. How is this 10 dollars more? |
