How do I go about un suspending it?

Hi Tim,
It is best to contact Mario via email for such issues, his contact details are on the Contact tab above. Include your ebay id in the email (but not your correct password).
You should also make sure that you have now remembered your password correctly and that you can log into ebay itself using it.

Yes,
Gixen needs your eBay password to be able to submit bids on your behalf, so if you change it on eBay you also need to use the new password here.
Previous snipes, submitted with an old password, will fail when Gixen is unable to place the bid.
