active listing shows as ENDED

Want to place bid on 330758139271 - shows as ENDED - it is an active listing

I can add it without any problem and it shows as 'Scheduled'.

Try editing the snipe, making no changes and just pushing the 'Modify' button and see if that gets it back to a scheduled status.

I tried to modify without making changes, delete and enter again, tried several items numbers and all show as ended but are active on ebay. If import my watch list the same items show as active. How do I fix this? Thanks

I am also currently having the same issue with item #190700770170!

Gixen is showing it as "ENDED" when it is actually active on Ebay.

Bosanek, have you tried editing it? A simple edit will probably solve the problem. Sometimes Gixen fails to fetch correct time, re-adding it usually helps.

Hi Im having exactly the same issue but cant clear the problem on any active item I import in such as
ebay item id number 251095641168
Ive tried editing, modifying & refreshing + loggin out & back in but same issue showing as ended each time

Can you give me more information? How often does this happen - every time or only on occasion? When it happens, does it happen repeatedly for the same item? What browser do you use?

As of recently there are a few reports like this, however I cannot replicate the problem.

I usually bid on thousands of things a week with your service with no problems till recently. I'm having the same problems as everyone else. Sometimes it will work hours later but if its not working when I try all the rest don't work either and show as ended. I don't have time to be here personally to make every bid so when is this going to be fixed ? I can't edit each item for it to work when I'm trying to imput hundreds of items in a day that need to be bid on.

I just made some changes to address this. Not sure if they will work, as I am unable to replicate the problem to begin with - so if this happens again please let me know.
