I can't import my watch list although I could a few days ago. I have to do it manually. Otherwise it works great. I am a mirror subscriber if that makes any difference.

What happens when you try to import your watch list, do you get any errors?

No errors, it just doesn't go through. It is very convenient though- wish it would work again. Odd that it worked before but now it doesn't.

Can you give me at least one item id from the watchlist that you think should import, and it doesn't?

Note that ended auctions and buy-it-now-only items will never get imported, only active auctions.

Wow! Like magic it's working now- much better than adding manually. I do have a question though. I never put buy it now in my watch list- maybe wish list but not watch list. Why would someone do this? Frank

People put BINs in their watch list while they look for cheaper options elsewhere, either on other sites, or while they try to win an auction for the same item, that way they can quickly get back to it if they don't find a better option.

Alternatively they have one and want to know when and if another one sells (and for what price) while deciding when and if to list their own.

General market research for dealers in those items.

I'm sure there are many more reasons, but those were my first thoughts.

BINs are hard to find again on eBay once they have sold, so if you want to be alerted that they have sold putting them on your Watch List is the easiest way.

Well that makes sense now. I usually just go ahead and buy. Something to think about. I'm new to ebay and hope to be able to sell one day.

Ok, it's doing it again- the item is #300671706512- will not import. This is all I have in the watch list.

I just added this item to my watchlist, and then imported it with no issues. What is your ebay username? If you don't want to post it here, email me.
