| Sniper can go through. The staus is 'Account verification required by eBay, could not log in'. Waste almost 2/3 of my sniper. Hope this problem can be solved quickly. |

| Gixen can't solve this problem for you - you have to log in to both your ebay and paypal accounts and check that there are no outstanding issues, and resolve any verification steps required by ebay/paypal. |

It started in the last month or so - it's quite possible, if not likely, that this is due to using a sniping service. eBay wants to verify that user's account hasn't been hijacked, so they ask for some verification from the user.
Apparently they send an email outlining verification steps. Have you received any? |

No, I did not receive any mail about verification steps, has anyone receive it? how about the content?thanks.
Does it mean if do not process the verification, then can not use sniper?

Every time Gixen is sent pages it can not process by eBay it will not be able to proceed and place your bid.
It is likely that eBay will ask again if you don't verify your account with them.

I fixed this now - Gixen now considers this screen as "being logged in", and subsequent bid succeeds, so it's not a show stopper.
My apologies for not figuring this before - I made a wrong assumption. |
