Hi, I was just wondering why my bid didn't get accepted. My max bid was much higher than how much it went for. I ended up winning this auction, but it was because I checked my phone with the last 3 seconds and bid 40.00 pounds manually.

If you enter a manual bid that's higher than what you scheduled with Gixen, Gixen naturally won't be able to submit lower maximum bid than what you already submitted manually to ebay, and you will see a status "BID UNDER ASKING PRICE". |

Hi,
The winning bid for the item 300644610109 was 19.50. My maximum bid using Gixen was 20.00. The intervals were of 0.50. My bid does not appear on the historial of that specific item on ebay. On Gixen I get a message saying "BID UNDER ASKING PRICE"
What was the problem here?
Thanks |

If you read these posts about bidding you will see not to bid round numbers anyway. If you had bid 22.30 you would have increased your chances of winning a hundred fold over 20.00 even. |
