When I try to use Gixen and input the correct username and password, I get two error messages, the first saying "Could not get user country, using default" and the second saying ERROR (101): COULD NOT LOG IN. Because of this, it doesn't work for me right now.

Are you sure you are entering the correct password? Can you log in to the web interface?
