In this case there were higher bids submitted at exactly the same time as yours (if you were the second highest bidder) or 2 bids 1 second later (if you were the third placed sniper)... it would have initially looked to Gixen that your bid was accepted and your were the high bidder.
What Gixen then does is wait until after the auction and check if the price is higher than the bid it submitted for you... that phase sometimes does not work leaving the impression that you did win.
Mario will need to look into why it failed in this particular case... you should have received an 'Outsniped' status... perhaps if you looked just as the auction finished then it may be that Gixen had not yet performed the last check yet. _________________ Mark
