Snipe failiure

Hi there, I have been waiting to snipe some lights on auction and lost them due to my Gixen snipe failing..
It says 'invalid permissions'. Can anybody please tell me how it went wrong as I cant trust Gixen again if i don't have any reasons for the failure.

This is a support question, please could you re-post it in the Support area and it wil receive more attention.

When you do so could you tell us what the auction number was and what the Gixen status was after the auction completed as I don't think 'invaid permissions' is one that I recognise.

As a first pass without the additional information required I would guess that it is either:

1> That the credentials you supplied to Gixen were not accepted by eBay when Gixen came to log in for you, or

2> That the seller had imposed restrictions on the auction that your eBay id did not meet for some reason.
