Slightly off topic and not sure where to post this. But since we are all ebayers this might be a good place.

He has 1/18 negative in the last 12 months, but shows as 100% +ve. |

It is really a question for an eBay forum... however, because That users percentage is only based on 17 ratings in total, my guess is that eBay are calculating percentages from the dates of the auctions finishing not from the dates when the feedback was left (which would be later).

Negative feedback after a year doesn't count towards the percentage

The last negative was given in late December last year, I am guessing that the auction it relates to ended more than a year ago.
