can't get bid to stick

I type in the item number. I type in my bid. I click submit. The boxes clear and bid does not register. 392957800310

I am able to schedule a snipe for this one, after logging in here and using the 'Add' button.

I'm not sure where there is a 'submit' button, are you using a smartphone App or something else ?
