I added a manual bid on item 143663172069 of ÂGBP 35. I then set up gixen to place a bid of ÂGBP 45, but it didn't place the bid, so the item went for ÂGBP 36. The highest bidder outbid me with 30 seconds left, but didn't get bid up by my snipe.
Any idea what hapenned? Did I set something wrong?
I'm not too bothered about losing the item - it happens, but I'd like to understand if I did something wrong. |

It looks like you also bid manually, and won this item with these manual bids?
Gixen will show status "WON" only if it wins item itself. |

Do you have more than one Ebay account ?
Because it seems that Mario thinks you were bidding with the account that has 337 feedbacks but you are claiming that your bid is the one from the id with 372 feedbacks and they are certainly different Ebay accounts.

No, I bid manually but then set gixen to bid higher than I had.
I only have 1 account - the one with 372 feedback.
Gixen worked fine on a different item later that day, so it must have just been a random glitch. |

| I just looked, and eBay had an issue around that time. Responses received were empty pages with just headers. It was fortunate that you bid manually before that. |
