Get error message saying that my eBay account isn’t linked. I have tried to link:
Error: Auth token is hard expired
Please re-authorize your eBay account on the Gixen settings page.
Could not add this item (124144411934)(1).
Have used the link on the settings page to relink my account but with no success  |

To ensure you have a new session using the new authorisation you could try logging out and then back in again.
If that still doesn't work can you post here what it says in the second section of the Settings page about when your authorisation now runs out ?
