Mario,
What is going on?
In had scheduled 2 snipes--ebay items 164058515579 & 362900017499 and the results on both was INVALID AUTHORIZATION.
I my ebay authorizations are good until 7/19/2021.
This is the third auction I've lost because of some glitch in the system..
Please advise. |

You should be able to view the authorisations on Ebay under:
My eBay->Account (Tab)->Site preferences->Third-party authorisations
You can see if they are active and when they were created.
So, in addition to checking that they are as you would expect on the Gixen Settings page, are they also as you'd expect on the Ebay side ?

For some reason, the authorization must have been revoked. This happens sometimes when users change password, but also for other reasons. Email me your username and I can check.
In the meantime, just re-authorize your account from the settings page. |

As Mario said above, anyone being informed that their authorisation is invalid is advised to renew their authorisation via the second section of the Gixen Settings page.
