Can re-authorise ebay account

Hi all,

just tried to re-authorise my ebay account. When I click on the link in the settings I'll get redirected to ebay, enter my details, get back to Gixen. Then I get an error message

"Could not confirm your account, activation link expired (3). Please repeat the signup procedure."

Have done this multiple times now and it does not work. It says my authorisation will expire in 10 days. But renewal seems not to work. What now?

You do seem to have to follow the process quite quickly, otherwise you get issues like this where it seems that the necessary communication between Ebay and Gixen fails to match up who started the authorisation process when it reaches the final stage.

It's probably exacerbated at times when a lot of people are trying to do it at the same time.

I think the advice has to be as it suggests to keep trying, because in the vast majority of cases it does work.
