Mirror subscription not recognised

This morning I went to reauthorise a Ebay. For someone reason my password did not work (used it last night and it was fine).

I reset my password and not it is not recognizing my Mirror subscription which I renewed in November.

Any ideas?

This typically happens when you have multiple Gixen accounts, and your subscription is under a different account.

Use https://www.gixen.com/forgotusername.php to see if you have other accounts (you can also check your paypal receipt, it will contain Gixen username), and if needed you can transfer your mirror subscription by using https://www.gixen.com/transfersubscription.php
