Mirror subscription lost when I had to change user name.

I was forced to change from my eBay username to a new one recently, but since then I can't find any reference to my mirror subscription which I had recently purchased. I am a new subscriber.
How do I get my mirror sub reinstated please?

Mirror subscription is tied to your Gixen username, not eBay username.

If you forgot your Gixen username, use https://www.gixen.com/forgotusername.php

If you forgot your Gixen password, use https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php

Once you can log in to your Gixen account, you can link / unlink your eBay account from the Gixen settings page.

Finally, if you need to transfer your mirror subscription from one Gixen username to another, use https://www.gixen.com/transfersubscription.php
