Your authorisation can be reauthorised using the second section of the Settings page... it costs you nothing and should take less than 2 minutes.

This has to be done at least once every 18 months as Ebay expires the token after that amount of time... it can also be revoked for other reasons though, particularly things like you changing credentials on Ebay.
