Made payment of 6.00, but no mirror.

I got on Gixen to make a snipe. Was told I could no longer use my user name and password and that I had to make a new username and password, which I did. I paid my $6 to renew my subscription also. When I log on using my old username and password, the message tells my I have to make a new one. When I log on with my new username and password, I can get on, I can make snipes, but I don’t have mirror. But I have to wait for the countdown timer, and a message comes up saying I have to pay for my mirror subscription, which I already did. How does this get fixed so I can get mirror and not wait for the countdown timer??

You can transfer your mirror subscription from one account (Gixen username) to another from the Gixen settings page (either account). There is a link that will take you to the automated form.

If this doesn't help, please email me and include all the information (old, new usernames).
