What status did Gixen give the snipe, on both the Main and Mirror tabs, after the auction had finished ?
I note that in the description it says 'I SHIP TO ALL 50 U.S. STATES ONLY', so does your delivery address meet this requirement ? _________________ Mark |

When you get that status it often indicates that you entered the snipe too late or that you edited it again after the auction had completed.
Was it exactly the same status on the Mirror tab ?
It would be very unusual for Gixen to be too late on both servers, but that is another possibility. What Offsets did you have both on the Main and the Mirror ? _________________ Mark |

Are you sure ?
The auction that you are referencing (293267621406) is definitely over and was open for it's whole duration of 7 days, that status indicates that Gixen still thinks the auction is running. That would be the first time such an occurrence has been reported. _________________ Mark |

Only Mario will be able to provide further information then.
He can be contacted directly via email at the support address given on the Contact tab above.
Please direct him to this thread so that he can provide an answer for everyone here.
You can't add images directly to this forum, sometimes people use image hosting sites and post the last part of the link to them though. _________________ Mark |

It looks like you were refreshing your browser, causing repeated edits as the auction was closing to the end. I see three edits several minutes before auction end, then an edit 10 seconds before end, 1 second before and and two more after auction already ended.
Did you not see a warning in big red letters not to do this? |

I was refreshing to see it end, guess I shouldn’t do that.
Thank you |

Don't use the browser refresh, particularly after you make an edit, this may cause multiple edits which will mess things up if performed in the last couple of minutes of the auction, which is when Gixen is working on the snipe, and probably will cause the snipe to get cancelled as a result.
Just push the 'Add' button without any details in the boxes, that performs the function you were trying to get. _________________ Mark |
