| I got the following error message when logging in "It looks like you are using your email address to log in instead of your ebay username. Unlike eBay, Gixen does not know this is the same account, and this has created confusion in the past, so login with email address is now disallowed. Please use your ebay username to log in." but there is no way for me to change the eBay information because i only got get the error after logging in. Hoe do i fix this ? |

After you log in to eBay - see in your MyeBay what your username is. It's not your email address.
Then register a new account in Gixen by using 'Sign Up' and link your eBay account. |
