suddenly unable to edit and/or delete a snipe

I have been using gixen for many years without any problems but as of right now I am suddenly unable to edit and/or delete a snipe? Critical.

I have confirmed that I can still do these things using my own account via the web interface provided here on this site with the Firefox browser. I imagine what you are doing differs in some way from that ?

If all else fails you can revoke Gixens' authority to bid on your behalf from the ebay site.

What interface are you trying to use, the web or the Gixen Desktop Manager ?

If the web, have you tried a different browser, often its some failure of the one that you are used to that causes issues of this type.

Can you provide a bit more detail about exactly what you can and can't do, like how far through the process you can get before something is not happening that you know should be ?

Hi thank you for the very quick reply. I use web interface and the chrome bowser.
I have now tried using firefox but I get the same result as with the chrome browser. I am unable to edit and/or delete. When I try to delete a snip it is like the site is loading but the snipe is not deleted and when I try to edit a snipe nothing happens at all. Never had a problem like this before in the 7 or 8 years or so of using gixen. Thanks.

I can't reproduce this issue.

Are all the other websites you use operating as you expect ?

Make sure your eBay authorization is current (this is free of charge to renew from the Gixen settings page), then try again.
