new name and id, now gixen membership not recognized.

I was asked to enter new Gixen user name and pw. Now Gixen does not recognize my membership and does not allow me to use additional features as mirror and bid time. My old Gixen user name PrRZapCrb and pw still let me enter and bid using mirror and bid time. What do I do?

Please email Mario directly at his Gixen support address as given on the Contact page. Supply him with both your old and new Gixen username so he can track this down.

Have you tried using the Mirror transfer form, available from the Settings page, in order to transfer your subscription from your old to your new account ?
