Do you mean that when you call up the log in page for Gixen (or eBay) that the page comes up with your old eBay username already filled in?
If so, it is your web browser doing that. If you use Firefox, this support forum thread might be helpful to you.

| Found the problem it was in my saved passwords in my browser ,have deleted it from there so should be OK now.Thanks for the heads up. |
