no bid due to ID check?

i had set up a bid that would have won the item, but a bid was not placed and I saw this:

eBay Trust & Safety Error Filter Id: <p> To ensure eBay remains a safe marketplace, we want to validate your identity.

what do I need to do here or at epay to rectify this in the future? the ID number for the item is: 112952244316.
