Bid not placed

Hello, I joined Gixen earlier today to place a bid on Ebay. Even though it seems I was able to link the account and I specified a high price for the item, it seems that no bid was submitted on my behalf. I can still see in my page that a scheduled bid had been added giving the limit I had set and the details of the item. I am pretty disappointed about this but if anyone can help it would be very useful. Many thanks,

Can you please let me know what the item id is?

There was an issue today that caused some snipes to be late, between 11am and 2pm PDT.

Hi,

Very frustrated as items 253549026557, and 253548989296 were not bid on last night (snipe bids not made), and both finished well below my snipe bid reserves.

I have other snipes waiting, will this still be an issue?
