Have you checked your settings page to make sure that you have Notifications set to On?
Please also note the following disclaimer:
Important note: Notifications are not instant. It can take hours for Gixen to detect that price has changed. You should always enter your maximum bid right away.
It also might be worth checking that messages from Gixen aren't being sent to your spam folder.
