LOST bid due to seller not speciying shipping ID - 19244702

Hello all,

Today I lost a bid due to a new reason to me...

ID - 192447022240

"Item cannot be purchased. Item cannot be purchased. Seller does not provide shipping to the country or region of your primary shipping address."

Ive never seen this before, and I won many others bid before even seller did not specify this shipping part..

So, how do I avoid above case again?

The shipping section of the original listing says that it Ships To: United States.

Presumably, your address is in some other country than the United States, in which case you'd have to contact the seller before the auction ends to see if they would ship it outside the United States.
