New Login Id gives message that I cannot use Ebay login id

I created a new ID and allowed Gixen access on ebay. When i try to log in with NEW ID, it thinks im using my old ID.

That sounds quite complicated, to me.

Please provide more details about which Gixen and Ebay ids you are talking about so that Mario can investigate it.

Just a reminder: Creating multiple gixen accounts linked to the same eBay account creates problems just like this. If it's simply a matter of having forgot your gixen username or password you can retrieve them using the links provided on the Sign Up page.

Sorry - do you mean this is the first time you have used gixen since the changes when into effect - last year - regarding no longer using your eBay unsername and password to log in?
