Firefox issues

Hi
Im just new to Gixen and getting a feel for it before subscribing.
I have set up an account and can manually add Ebay items. Great.

But...
1. I cant Import Watch List
2. The Firefox plugin appears on an ebay item page ok. Clicking on it goes to Gixen.com but, "DISABLED TEMPORARILY" appears directly under the Gixen Autosnipe banner.

I just checked and FF and OSX are up to date.

We are just going through a major upgrade of the service, as you can see from the other posts in this Community area.

As previously mentioned:

Upgrade of the Firefox extension and of the Gixen Desktop Manager are both on the list, but will have to wait till after everything is back on gixen.com, before work even starts to sort out new versions.

Has this issue been sorted out? I entered my snipe amount and received the following message...
"Autosnipe temporarily disabled. Please check again around Aug 4th. In the meantime you can use watchlist import instead."

What exactly should I do at this point?

I've had no notice of an upgrade to the Firefox plug-in becoming available.

In the mean time please use the web interface, available by logging in here, to add your snipes.
