Click the <Settings> button at the top of your Gixen account page.

Check that Gixen is authorized on your eBay account. If it's not, click the Re-authorize Gixen on your eBay account. You'll be directed to log in to eBay and you'll be able to authorize Gixen there.

And i don't have receive the email from gixen for register when i go i sign up .. no exist the mail in my inbox or spam ..

You don't need an email in order to authorise your account with Ebay.

I'd recommend revoking it and setting up the authorisation again...

I suspect that you've somehow managed to set up two separate Gixen accounts and linked the same Ebay account to both.
