Higher Bidder but Lost?

Just lost bid to lower bidder ? What happened?

I also bid on ebay to open bidding....because if there are no bids items are taken out of auction often before the close. Did that prevent Gixen from taking it to my higher bid limit?

So long as your snipe amount is both more than your original bid and at least one bid increment more than the auction price, it should still be accepted by Ebay.

What was the status that Gixen gave the snipe after the auction had finished ?
