| I am having trouble linking my Ebay account to Gixen. I don't understand what was the need for this new development but its definitely inconveniencing me. |

Once you have logged on, if you push the Settings button then the link you need is near the top of the page that is displayed.
This is required so that Gixen can place bids for you on Ebay.
The change was required in order to make the service much more reliable, for us all, for the long term.
The older technology, previously used, was not going to carry on working forever, unfortunately... so we've moved to one that will.
It genuinely is progress.

You don't actually need an email to verify your account, so long as you can remember the name and password that you registered with.
If you can't remember it you can use the link on the registration page, look for:
| Code: | | Forgot your Gixen username? You can retrieve it here. |
If all else fails you can send an email to Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above.
