Forgot user name and password

I totally forgot my user name and password since the new sign in changed from using your eBay user name and password. How can I fix this?

Got tired of waiting so here's what I did to regain my account.

Go to your Account in eBay. Select- site preferances | third party authorizations. Revoke Gixen.

Now go here and create a user name and password. This time remember it. I recommend Keepass.

Note- I see in the Gixen settings your account is only good for 18 months. So I guess you have to recreate the account after that time. Should have just left things the way they freaking were!

available much more easily.

Currently the only way, I know, to get it is to know a valid username and get the password wrong... Which is not in the least bit helpful, if you don't know your username ! Presumably it is even less likely that you know someone else's !

Thank you for your helpful suggestion... I can accept that as your only option having forgotten the id that you registered and associated with your Ebay account.

The association will indeed have to be renewed periodically, indeed you have the option to do so at any stage via the Settings page. That does not mean you will have to recreate your Gixen account, so long as you can remember what it is, or can recover it via knowing the email address you have registered for it.

This is a feature that Ebay has implemented in order to allow greater integration between Gixen and Ebay... So, if you have an issue with this aspect of the implementation please also let Ebay know about it.

The only problem with the fixes is that I have just paid for gixen because it is so good but now cannot use it. If I revoke, I'll not only not be able to log in and use but will have lost my GBP 6.00.

So please, is it Mario, help with reestablishing gixen account immediately

If you revoke Gixen's access to your Ebay account, you can still re-invoke it to that same account later, if you wish. Your Mirror subscription should carry over regardless, however;

If that isn't sufficient to resolve this issue, please email Mario direct at he support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.

In that email, as well as a description of the issue, as above, please also provide both your Gixen id and your Ebay id.
