How do I reset Gixen password?

Can't seem to log in to Gixen site at all. Want to reset my password as can't remember original one. How do I do this? Want to keep the same username.

Is this link provided automatically when you get your password wrong ?.. perhaps if you get it wrong a few times ?

If not, please can we have a link to this provided either that way or perhaps on the page you get when you press the 'Sign Up' button ?
