I paid for 2 years Mirror service and provided a new non-Ebay Username and non-Ebay password but now cannot Login. Initially I was let in and have made a few sniper bids, but now cannot Login. Am using Mozilla Firefox over Windows XP...used to work fine before I paid subscription and provided a new Gixen Username and Gixen Password. Have not changed anything on my computer. ???

Are the symptoms similar to those described on this thread:

If so, please check against the points I raised there and report back here.

If different, please can you expand on what error it is that you are getting and at what stage it occurs ?
